About

Emma is designer and illustrator from Rochester, New York. In 2007 she ventured down south to attend Savannah College of Art and planned a major in Costume Design. After two years of studies, she transferred  to SUNY Brockport and earned her BFA in Drawing with a minor in Graphic Design and Art History. She then continued her education at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania where she discovered her passion for surface pattern design and received her MFA in Communication Design in 2016.

After grad school, she worked as in-house designer at a small gift company in upstate New York for 3 years where she learned multiple roles in the company, such as marketing and visual merchandiser for their corporate showrooms.

In 2019,   started her own business Emma Paige B Studio. She designs for various clients with branding, product surface design, package design, social media campaigns, and even web layouts.

When she is not freelancing, she is working on her own surface pattern collections that are inspired by nature, traveling and her love for animals. She works in both traditional and digital methods and often combines the two. She is also an adjunct art lecturer at SUNY Brockport teaching both digital and foundation art classes.
